摘要
通过调整一段转化炉的引风机、鼓风机转速,减少因负压造成的漏风量及鼓风机的供风量,降低烟气中的过剩空气。排查了一段转化炉的漏风点,进行整改以减少漏风量。通过优化调整提高了一段转化炉的热效率,降低了能耗。
Air leakages caused by negative pressure and shortage of air supply from the blower were solved by reformation of induced draft fan of primary reformer and revolution of blower, decreasing the exces- sive air in flue gas. By searching the air leakage points in primary reformer, measures were taken to reduce air leakage. After modification to enhance the heat efficiency of primary reformer, the reduction of energy consumption was achieved.
