摘要
现代医院在医疗诊断进程中,随着诊疗手段不断完善和检查精度不断提高,新型诊疗设备将不断创新问世。PET-CT就是核医学与X射线扫描整合的新型检查设备。PET-CT在运行过程种会产生大量射线并留下有害的惰性气体,最终生产出放射性同位素药物。本次研究的目的是防止工作人员和非受检者受到辐射伤害,保证建筑的周边环境不被污染。通过合理的建筑平面布局和具有阻挡射线功能的材料,使以上问题得到了良好的解决。中国疾控中心根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》为派特中心建设项目,编制了《职业病危害(放射防护)预评价报告书》,批准通过了本项目的建设。
Modern hospital in medical diagnostic process, with treatment means constantly improving and increasing inspection accuracy, new medical devices would come out uninterrupted. PET-CT is a new inspection equipment which integrates nuclear medicine and the X-ray. In the process of operation it will leave a large amount of harmful radiation and inert gas, and produce radioisotope drugs. The purpose of this study is to prevent staff and non-subjects exposed to radiation damage, ensure the surrounding environment been not contaminated. Through reasonable layout and radiation-proof material, the issues have got a good solution. The China CDC have compiled the "occupational hazards (Radiation Protection) pre-assessment report" for PET Center construction project, based on the People's Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevention Law, the construction of the project has been approved.
