摘要
在全球气候变暖和生态文明建设的要求下,城市更新单元规划作为深圳挖掘土地资源利用潜力的重要手段是实现城市低碳生态发展的重要载体。然而,目前低碳技术与城市更新规划的衔接薄弱,不能满足当前城市的低碳发展需求。该文基于对深圳市低碳生态建设的探索和实践的研究,以SMART低碳生态规划方法为框架,从碳汇、微气候、资源利用和交通出行等四个方面,提出低碳生态视角下深圳市城市更新单元规划编制要点,以期从中观层面衔接宏观理念与微观技术,并保证低碳生态理念在规划编制中的落实。
Urban renewal unit planning is an important means to tap land use potential in Shenzhen. Based on the exploration and practice on low-carbon eco-city, through the implantation of Low-carbon eco-city planning and designing SMART method, we find out the main points of urban renewal unit planning of Shenzhen from the perspective of low-carbon eco-city, to link up the macroscopic theory and the microcosmic technology from the mesoscopic level and to ensure the practice of low-carbon concept in urban planning.
