日常生活视角下旧城更新模式探索——以广州市解放中路旧城改造一期工程为例

Exploration on the Old City Renewal Mode in Perspective of Daily Life:Taking First Renewal Project of Old Cities in Jiefang Middle Road, Guangzhou City as an Example

反思我国现阶段旧城改造实施效果产生偏差的深层原因,提出"日常生活"是城市形成的本质,旧城更新应"回归生活世界"的理论观点。借鉴哲学、社会学领域的研究成果,尝试提出基于日常生活视角的旧城更新模式的基本设计原则。以广州市解放中路旧城改造一期工程为例,探索一种自下而上的更符合生活客观发展规律的旧城更新模式。

In this article, we make a reflection about underlying causes of implementing effect deviation of recent otd city＇s renew work and raise the point that ＂daily life＂ is the essence of city formation and old city renew should ＂return to life world＂. Taking research result in philosophy and sociology field as references, we try to come up with basic design principle of old city renew on the perspective of daily life. Taking first renewal project of old cities in Jiefang Middle Road, Guangzhou City as an example, we explore a down-up old city renew mode which more appropriately describes objective development law of life.
