基于生态保护与楚文化传承的荆州海子湖生态文化旅游区总体规划设计研究

Overall Planning and Design Research of the Ecological and Cultural Tourist Area of Haizi Lake in Jingzhou Based on Ecological Protection and Inheritance of Chu Culture

随着国家提出新型城镇化的发展要求,城市的发展愈发重视绿色生态和彰显特色。一方面要坚持传承优秀文化,保护历史文化遗产,塑造地方特色;另一方面要结合自然环境和建设条件,建设具有自身风貌的城市,避免"千城一面"。该文以荆州楚纪南城大遗址保护区的核心区域——荆州海子湖生态文化旅游区为范例,探索在处理好文物保护与开发利用的关系,促进文物保护与经济建设协调发展的基础下,如何充分保护生态环境,重视绿色生态发展和传承该区域博大精深的楚文化,打造特色新区作分析探讨。

As the state proposed the requirement to develop new urbanization, the urban development has attached more and more importance to green ecology and highlighted its characteristics. On the one hand, efforts should be made to inherit the excellent culture, protect the historical and cultural heritage and build local characteristics; on the other hand, the natural environment and construction conditions should be combined to build the city with its own style and features and avoid ＂a thousand cities with same face＂. Taking the core area in the relics protection zone in Chu Jinan City in Jingzhou： the Ecological and Cultural Tourist Area of Haizi Lake in Jingzhou--for example, exploration is made to handle the relation between the preservation, development and utilization of cultural relics, and based on promotion of the coordinated development between the preservation of cultural relics and the economic construction, analysis and discussion should be conducted to fully protect the ecologic environment, attach importance to the green ecologic development and inheritance of the extensive and profound Chu culture of this area and build a characteristic new area.
