装备制造业具有资本和技术双重密集型特点,其产业集群化所释放的集群效应是竞争力提升的源泉。河北省装备制造业产业集群已显雏形,但在全国还不具备区位优势。集群竞争力不仅体现在规模优势上,而且受到科技创新和经济效益的重要影响。迅速提高装备制造业集群竞争力,是构建河北省现代产业体系,实现经济文明和生态文明共同繁荣的必经之路。

The equipment manufacturing industry has the capital and technology intensive characteristics, the cluster effect released by the industrial cluster is the source of competitiveness enhancing. The equipment manufacturing industry of Hebei province has significant embryonic form in industry cluster, but it does not have the advantage of location in the country. Cluster competitiveness is not only reflected in the advantage of scale, but also importantly influenced by technological innovation and economic benefit. Quickly improving the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry cluster can not only help construct the modem industrial system of Hebei province, but also is the only way which must be passed to achieve economic and ecological civilization prosperity together.
