根据高校信息化服务的现状,分析服务关系模型,提出了信息化综合服务模式解决信息化服务问题,建立了综合性的信息服务平台,整合、分类和梳理信息资源,深度挖掘信息资源,建立服务师生的特色资源,搭建信息服务平台,实现个性服务,建立各系统、部门联合的统一呼叫平台等综合服务模式,改善了传统服务方式与手段,将进一步提高信息化环境下为师生服务的质量与水平。
