摘要
病史询问是医患会话整体结构中的重要组成阶段。本文基于真实医患语料,运用会话分析和统计分析的方法,探讨该阶段医生问题设计的特点、遵循的原则以及问题类型对患者的不同影响。研究发现,医生问题的平均数目远低于国外,而且医生对是非问句的高频使用严重限制了患者的话题议程和行为议程。
History-taking is the very important stage of overall structure of doctor-patient conversation. This paper is based on the real doctor-patient conversation datas, and use the theory of CA and statistical method to analysis the characteristics of question design, the principles it follows, and the limit to patients response. This paper finds that the average number of question design per visit of our country is far less than foreign countrys, and the high frequency use of yes/no questions highly limit the topical agendas and action agendas to patients. The study of this paper has very important significance to improve the doctor-patient relationship and the quality of health care services.
