摘要
薪酬管理制度是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,在高职院校发展过程中,加强薪酬管理制度的改革是吸引人才的关键,建立健全的薪酬激励机制,制定有高职特色的薪酬管理制度,是稳定高职院校师资队伍的有效途径。针对目前高职院校薪酬管理制度存在的一些问题,提出几点改革建议。
