摘要
目的观察PF方案(顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶)同步放化疗治疗食管癌的急性期毒副反应及相关护理措施。方法对82例食管癌患者应用PF方案进行同步放化疗治疗,并实施系统化整体护理。结果 82例患者的临床获益率为96.3%;在治疗过程中均出现不同程度的急性期毒副反应,经积极处理基本恢复正常。结论同步放化疗综合治疗手段是中晚期食管癌患者的首选治疗模式,但其毒副反应严重影响患者的生存质量。做好治疗期间的整体护理,可以减少毒副反应发生,对提高疗效和生活质量产生重要作用。
Objective To observe the radiotherapy and PF chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma acute toxicity and related nursing measures.Methods Clinical observation on the 82 cases of esophageal cancer patients with PF scheme of concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and systematic holistic nursing care.Results In the treatment of 82 patients during acute toxicity of different degree .the main manifestations of gastrointestinal reactions , bone marrow suppression ,esophagitis,pneumonia,dermatitis,hair loss and other high incidence. Conclusion Through the psychological,diet,infection prevention,hydration,skin protection system for nursing ,82 patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy toxicity is reduced apparently,did not affect the concurrent chemotherapy smoothly.
