现行体育制度下对我国网球职业化的思考

A Research Of Tennis Professional Under The Current Sports System In China

随着中国政治体制和经济体制改革的浪潮,中国的体育体制改革也渐渐步入探索实践阶段,随着时代的发展和进步,旧的体育体制下对高度全球化职业化运动的影响日益凸显,研究以中国女子网球近年来在世界网坛上取得的骄人成绩为契机,从"举国体制"与职业化之间的关系对中国网球运动的发展进行了分析。试图从举国体制本身在网球职业化进程中的优劣势,为走出一条具有中国特色的网球职业化道路提供参考。

With the development of China＇s political and economic systems, under the old sports system to highly professional sports of the growing influence of globalization, this study analyses the relationship between the system and the professionalization with the Chinese women＇s tennis in recent years in the world tennis proud achievement as an opportunity, in the development of tennis sport in China. From the system itself in the process of the tennis professionalization of advantages and disadvantages, which provide theoretical refer- ence for tennis professional road with Chinese characteristics.
