摘要
从透水结构体的结构原型及其衍生的性能要求、透水地坪的开发设计及其性能特点和高透水聚氨酯无溶剂地坪具体施工项目的设计方案等3个方面探讨了高透水聚氨酯无溶剂地坪的开发思路和结构设计。跟踪分析了高透水聚氨酯无溶剂地坪所用聚氨酯树脂在反应过程中黏度、温度和模量的变化及其对施工操作性的影响,评估了聚氨酯树脂的用量和碎石的粒径对高透水聚氨酯无溶剂地坪透水性的影响,测试了高透水聚氨酯无溶剂地坪整体的透水性、抗冻性、物理强度等性能,确定了该透水地坪的高透水性可以满足暴雨条件的排水要求,其抗冻性可以满足寒冷地区的使用要求。

The resuhs showed th pervious floor coating had high permeability applicable to rainstorm environment, and good freezing resistance applicable to cold region.
