摘要
介绍了国内某汽车涂装前处理生产线中采用的多管式旋液分离器除渣系统,从设备的结构、工作原理、分离效果以及实际应用情况等多方面进行了探讨和总结。结果表明:多管式旋液分离器具有除渣效率高、设备空间占用少、滤材消耗少、节约人力操作成本等诸多优点,可为涂装前处理除渣工艺提供更优的解决方案。
A sludge removal system via multitubular-hydrocyclone is used fbr the first time domestically in a pretreatment process for auto manufacture. This system is characterized by high efficiency of removing sludge, continuous mode of sludge removal, high- level automation, low space occupancy for equipment, low consumption of filter media and low man- power cost, etc. The successful application of the system provides a better solution to the sludge removal of pretreatment process in a painting workshop.
