中国农村资源可持续利用的综合评价

Evaluation Method on the Sustainable Uses of Rural Resource in China

本文以农村资源可持续利用的内涵为基础 ,指出了中国农村资源可持续利用的途径。根据农村资源可持续利用的评价指标选择原则 ,设置 3个层次 ,共 2 9项指标 ,运用主成份分析方法进行指标筛选 ,从而建立农村资源可持续利用评价指标体系。采用综合指数模型对指标体系测定、度量和运算 ,开展农村资源可持续利用的综合评价 ,为区域资源的深度开发和环境建设提供科学依据。

Based on the implication for sustainable utilization of rural resources, the approaches for sustainable utilization of rural resources were suggested. In the light of the principles of index selection for sustainable utilization evaluation of rural resources, 3 levels and 30 indexes were offered. Index were judged by Main Component Analysis Method, furthermore, the index system for sustainable utilization evaluation of rural resources was established. The index system was determined, measured and calculated by comprehensive index model, and the comprehensive evaluation for the sustainable utilization of rural resources was conducted to provide the scientific basis for the deep resources exploitation and environment construction.
