摘要
采用SBBR反应器处理老龄化垃圾渗滤液,考察了氮负荷、温度及挂膜密度对其硝化效能的影响。结果表明,氮负荷、温度及挂膜密度对反应器硝化效能的影响显著,在温度为30℃、氮负荷为0.20kgN/(m^3·d)、DO为4~5mg/L、挂膜密度为30%、运行工况为瞬间进杉曝气24h/沉淀0.5h/瞬间排水条件下,可使NH4^+ -N由1150~1250mg/L降至12mg/L以下,达到了一级排放标准。
The effects of nitrogen load, temperature and biofilm density on nitrification efficiency of SBBR in treatment of aged landfill leaehate were investigated. The experimental results showed that nitrogen load, temperature and biofilm density had significant effects on the reactor performance. Under temperature of 30℃, nitrogen load of 0.20 kgN/( m^3 · d), DO of 4 to 5 mg/L, biofilm density of 30% and instantaneous influent/aeration for 24 h/sedimentation for 0.5 h/instantaneous drainage, ammonia nitrogen concentration could be reduced from 1 150 -1 250 mg/L to below 12 mg/L, meeting the firstgrade discharge standard for ammonia nitrogen in landfill leachate.
