摘要
采用气浮/活性炭/微滤膜一体化工艺处理高藻、低浊、有机物浓度较高的微污染湖泊水。结果表明,该工艺对有机物和藻类均具有良好的去除效果,对浊度、色度、CODMn、氨氮、叶绿素a的平均去除率分别为97.50%、81.60%、76.50%、63.40%、94.60%。对于浊度的去除,气浮、活性炭和微滤膜均发挥重要作用;对于色度、CODMn和氨氮的去除,气浮和活性炭发挥主要作用;对于叶绿素a的去除,气浮发挥主要作用。另外,该工艺还表现出了良好的抗膜污染能力,试验开始时跨膜压差约为2.1 kPa,至试验结束时跨膜压差仅增至3.4 kPa。
An integrated process of flotation, activated carbon and microfiltration membrane was adopted to treat micro-polluted lake water with high algae, low turbidity and high organic matter concentration. The results showed that this integrated process was effective in removing organic matter and algae, and the removal rates of turbidity, color, CODMn, ammonia nitrogen and chlorophyll-a were 97.50%, 81.60% , 76.50%, 63.40% and 94.60% , respectively. Removal of turbidity was due to flotation, activated carbon and microfihration membrane. Removal of color, CODMn and ammonia nitrogen was due to flotation and activated carbon. Removal of chlorophyll-a was due to flotation. In addition, this integrated process showed good performance in membrane fouling control. The transmembrane pressure value was 2.1 kPa at the beginning of this experiment, and was only 3.4 kPa in the end.
