摘要
介绍了某核电厂循环水系统基本情况,论证了大口径现浇钢筋混凝土循环水管渠水压试验的必要性,同时针对该核电厂循环水管渠的水压试验要求和实施难度,提出了大口径现浇钢筋混凝土循环水管渠的水压试验方法、设备、步骤及处理措施。该水压试压方案的工程费用相对较高、操作相对复杂,但是解决了水压试验用水量大、靠背装置庞大复杂及排水困难等施工现场不能克服的难题,并且经实际检验是有效的、可行的,可为类似工程提供参考。
The circulating water system in a nuclear power plant was introduced, and the necessity for hydrostatic test of large diameter cast-in-place reinforced concrete circulating water pipe canal was demonstrated. By considering the hydrostatic test requirements and implementation difficulty of the circulating water pipe canal in the nuclear power plant, the hydrostatic test method, equipment, procedures and treatment measures of large diameter cast-in-place reinforced concrete circulating water pipe canal were put forward. Although the hydrostatic test scheme had high cost and complex operation, the problems of massive test water volume, huge equipment and difficult drainage were solved. The hydrostatic test method proved to be effective and feasible. The reference were provided for similar projects.
