摘要
以天津市西河水源地预沉池为例,采用FLUENT软件对其流场分布进行了模拟。结果表明,当预沉池内不设导流墙时会发生严重的短流现象,且存在较大的死水区。结合流场分析,通过在预沉池内增设导流墙,并不断优化导流墙的布局,最终确定了导流墙的布置方式,使得池体内的流场分布基本均匀,同时消除了短流现象和死水区,可为相关设计人员提供工程设计依据。
The calculation of flow field distribution of a pre-sedimentation tank in Xihe Water Source Area was simulated by FLUENT software. The results showed that serious short flow would occur when there was no guide wall in the pre-sedimentation tank, and a big dead zone also existed. The guide wall was added in the pre-sedimentation tank and the layout of the guide wall was optimized. The arrangement could basically uniform the flow field distribution. The short flow phenomena and the dead zone were eliminated. The engineering design basis was provided for related designers.
