摘要
水环境的治理与保护是京杭运河综合整治与保护开发过程中的难点问题之一,根据前期调查和研究结果,在分析京杭运河(杭州城区段)水环境现状和污染源数量的基础上,结合运河水环境功能区目标,提出了水环境综合治理的总体技术路线和治理措施,主要包括入河河道综合整治、漏排水截污工程、河流缓冲带及透水地面与雨水渗漏工程措施。实施上述措施后,经预测,京杭运河各项主要水质指标基本可达到相应规划阶段的要求,即2015年运河干流水质达到地表水V类标准、2020年达到地表水Ⅳ~Ⅲ类标准。
The treatment and protection of water environment is one of difficult problems in the comprehensive improvement and protection of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. Based on the previous investigation and research results, the current situation and pollution loads of the Grand Canal were analyzed, and combined with the goal of water environment function area, the general technology roadmap and measures for comprehensive water environment treatment were put forward, including comprehensive management of rivers into the Grand Canal, interception of leaked and discharged wastewater, river buffer zones and permeable ground and rainwater seepage engineering. After the implementation of the above measures, the prediction showed that the major water quality indicators of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal could basically meet the corresponding requirements in the planning phase, that is, the water quality of main streams into the Grand Canal would meet the class Ⅴ of the surface water quality standards in 2015 and the class Ⅳ to Ⅲ of the surface water quality standards in 2020.
