提升陕西省省属高校房资源贡献率的对策

Countermeasures for Enhancing the Housing Resources Contribution Rate of Shaanxi Provincial University

针对陕西省高等教育办学规模不断增大,多校区运行,购建房屋,造成房屋资源贡献率低的现状。分析陕西省高校房屋资源综合利用内部因素与外部因素,体制与机制建设等,提出适合陕西省高校房屋资源综合利用的对策和建议,以期增强陕西省高校可持续发展能力。

Based on the current situation that increasing higher education scale, multi-campus running and acquisition for construction of house in Shaanxi province has caused low contribution rate of housing resources, this article analyzes the internal factors and external factors for comprehensive utilization of university housing resources in Shaanxi province, and system and mechanism construction, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for comprehensive utilization of university housing resources in Shaanxi province, in order to enhance the capacity of sustainable development of colleges and universities in Shaanxi province.
