摘要
近年来我国公路交通基础设施建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,为国民经济和社会发展以及人民群众的安全便捷出行做出了巨大贡献。公路工程造价管理是公路建设不可或缺的一项重要工作,对于科学、合理确定和使用公路建设资金,发挥其最大效能具有不可替代的重要作用。文章针对高速公路各阶段工程造价的合理确定和有效控制提出了具体的方法和措施。
In recent years, China＆#39;s road transport infrastructure construction has made remarkable achievements, and has made tremendous contributions to the economic and social development and the safe and convenient travel of people. Project cost management of highway engineering is an integral and important work, plays an irreplaceable role in scientific and reasonable determination and use highway construction funds and maximizing its effectiveness. This paper presents specific methods and measures for reasonable determination and effective control of highway construction cost in each stage.
