当代大学毕业生面临严峻的就业形势,作为大学生最直接的管理者和服务者的高校辅导员责无旁贷。本文针对目前就业指导在课程设置、形式内容等方面的不足,试图通过充分发挥高校辅导员的工作优势,探索大学生就业指导的全程化。

The graduates have a severe employment situation at present. As a direct manager and server, the college instructor is responsible for them. The purpose of this paper is trying to explore employment full-period instruction of university student through the work advantage of college instructor, which derives from the deficiency of design, form and content of employment guidance curriculum.
