摘要
磷脂酶A2（phospholipase A2,PLA2）是一类能够催化脂蛋白和细胞膜上的甘油磷脂二位酰基酯键,水解形成包括花生四烯酸在内的游离脂肪酸和溶血磷脂的酶族[1]。到目前为止,至少已报道了19种不同的PLA2[2]。根据其催化活性对钙离子的需要程度。
