表面活性剂驱油技术在五里湾一区的研究及应用 被引量:1

Research and Application of the Technique of Surfactant Displacement in the First Area of Wuliwan Oilfield

摘要 针对五里湾一区油藏特征,室内试验研发了双子表面活性剂CYB-1,并进行了性能评价。结果表明,表面活性剂在0.2%~0.5%质量分数范围内油水界面张力可达到10^-3mN/m,具有较好的耐温抗盐性。应用双子表面活性剂CY昏1在五里湾油田开展了驱油现场试验,连片注入9个井组,一共对应41口油井,注入后试验区动态整体表现出了液量上升、含水下降的见效特征,试验区油藏开发指标得到改善,预测采收率提高6.3%。 In view of the features of First Area of Wuliwan Oilfield,laboratory experiment was carried out for the development of Gemini surfactant CYB-1and its performance evaluation.The result indicates that oil/water interfacial tension of the surfactant could be at 10-3 mN/m in the concentration range of 0.2%~0.5%,it has good temperature tolerance and salt resistance.The Gemini surfactant CYB-1is applied for field test in Wuliwan Oilfield.It is used in 9well groups for a bulk injection,which corresponds to 41oil wells.After injecting,the liquid volume is raised in the whole testing area and the water content is reduced,reservoir development index is improved,forecasting recovery ratio enhances 6.3%in the testing area.
