探讨了织机故障分类、故障信息收集与分析,提出了"把握故障现象特征,思路开阔,先易后难,从简单到复杂,对设备逐步解剖"的分析原则。并以PAT型喷气织机为例介绍了故障树分析法。

The fault classification and the collection ~ analysis of the fault information were discussed. The fault analysis princi- ples of grasping the characteristics of the fault phenomenon, open ideas, from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, anatomy the equipment step by step were proposed. PAT air-jet loom as an example, the fault tree analysis method was introduced.
