高分辨连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大蒜粉中镉和铅

Determination of Cd and Pb in Garlic Powder by High Resolution Continuum Source Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用HR-CS AAS测定大蒜粉中Cd和Pb,研究灰化温度和原子化温度对吸光度的影响,选择最佳工作参数为灰化温度600℃(Cd),800℃(Pb);原子化温度1 100℃(Cd),1 500℃(Pb)。在此条件下,测定大蒜粉中Cd,Pb的含量分别为0.104,0.413μg/g,加标回收率分别为104.8%,97.8%,方法的精密度(RSD)低于5.53%。这表明该方法所测数据准确、稳定、可靠。 Cd and Pb in garlic powder are determined by high resolution continuum source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The factors influencing absorbancy are investigated by single factor experimental design. The optimal determination conditions are found as follows: ashing temperature 600 ℃(Cd) and 800 ℃(Pb); atomizing temperature 1 100℃(Cd) and 1 500℃(Pb) . Under the selected work conditions, the contents of Cd, Pb are 0.104μg/g and 0.413μg/g, respectively. The recoveries for the samples are 104.8%and 97.8%, respectively, and the precision relative standard deviations are less than 5.53%for determining Cd and Pb. Therefore, this method is accurate and stable.
