如何提高高校选修课的教学效果

近年来许多高校相继开设了专业选修课和全校公选课,在一定程度上满足了学生的兴趣爱好、拓宽了知识面,符合社会发展的需求,但在实际运行过程中也暴露出一些问题。结合教学经历,以专业选修课和全校公选课为例,认为在学生方面,需要加强对学生选课的指导工作,让学生充分了解该选修课的教学目的,树立正确的学习观;在教师方面,需深入了解学生的思想动态,不断丰富和更新自己的知识结构,在教学过程中要富于激情,灵活运用多种教学方法,以提高实际教学效果。

In recent years, specialized elective courses and public elective courses have opened in many universities, it meets the interests and hobbies of students in some degree and the need of the development of information society, and broadens their knowledge. However, in actual operation process, it also exposes some problems. Based on own teaching experience of teaching specialized elective courses and public elective courses, author think there are two aspects needed strengthening. For students, it needs to strengthen the guidance for students in electing courses process, to allow students to fully understand the purpose of teaching and to establish a correct view of learning. For teachers, they need to try to discover what students are thinking, constantly enrich and update their knowledge structure and flexibly use a variety of teaching methods, to improve the practical teaching effect.
