结合食品化学实验教学的实践,针对教学过程中存在的问题,着重探讨如何在食品化学实验教学改革中进行教学内容的调整和教学方法的改进,以期通过对食品化学实验课程的改革来加强对学生创新思维和实践能力的培养。

Combining with the practice of teaching in food chemistry experiment, Improvement of content and the teaching method were mainly discussed. The problems existing in the teaching process were also elaborated. The reform of food chemistry experiment course is significant for undergraduate to improve the ability of innovation and practice.
