浅析满功率下常规岛仪表控制用压缩空气丧失后的机组状态控制 被引量:2

摘要 本文的目的在于研究在丧失常规岛仪表控制用压缩空气的情况下各重要系统的响应,得出该工况对一回路、二回路、BOP系统的影响和风险,最终让核电厂主控操纵员能够采取最有效且可行的操作方法和操作顺序来控制核电机组的状态。操纵员能通过专门针对此工况的规程使得汽轮机在停运的过程中:首先能够尽量缓解一回路的瞬态;其次保证汽轮机、凝汽器、低压缸爆破膜、辅助冷却泵、主给水泵、凝结水泵等重要设备能够安全停运。强调在这个过程中主控操纵员应该关注的主要方面。本文分析的方法是通过对机组二回路工艺系统中的重要气动调节执行机构在丧失仪表控制用压缩空气后的安全状态进行分析,先得出单系统丧失仪表控制用压缩空气后的影响,然后把各个重要的调节系统丧失仪表控制用压缩空气的后果综合起来一起分析,得出在满功率运行状态下整体丧失仪表控制用压缩空气后对机组的影响,然后针对其影响找出应对的方法。论文的最后,就当前机组在仪表控制用压缩空气设计上的不足给出改进方法和编写专门针对此种工况下的运行规程。论文中出现的系统名称对照见附录1,各气动调节阀失气后的状态和影响见附录2,昌江核电厂压空系统简图见附录3。 The purpose of this article is to study the response of each critical systemin compressed air for instrument control in the case of loss of conventional island and concluded that the condition on a circuit has impacts on the secondary circuit system and the BOP system, eventually master of nuclear power plant operators to take the most effective and feasible method of operation and sequence of Control to control the State of nuclear power units. Operator through specific procedures of this condition in the process of stopping of steam turbine, first to minimize the transient circuit, followed ensure turbine, condenser and low pressure cylinder blast films, auxiliary cooling pumps, water pumps, condensate pumps and other critical equipment to safely down, stressed that in the process, master control operator should concern the main aspects. This analysis of method is through on Unit II back road all important pneumatic mediation implementation institutions in lost instrument control with compression air of security state for analysis, first came single system lost instrument control with compression air of effect, then put important of Mediation system and important analysis of the loss of compressed air for instrument control together and concluded that overall run at full power state effect on unit and then find out proper ways.Finally on the current unit in compressed air for instrument control design deficiencies is to improve methods and operating procedures under such conditions.
