中医对小儿痉挛型脑瘫(瘀阻脑络证)的辨证探讨

An analysis of spastic cerebral palsy of children (stagnation of the stasis and retardation of cerebral channel) in TCM

小儿脑瘫的中医辨证分型目前没有统一标准,针对脑瘫患儿的临床特点,从中医角度分析脑瘫的病因病机,根据中医基础理论,以络病理论为指导,指出痉挛型脑瘫的中医辨证分型属于瘀阻脑络证,进一步完善脑瘫的辨证分型,为脑瘫的治疗提供新思路。

Now typing of traditional Chinese medicine has no uniform criteria on cerebral palsy. According to the clinical characteristics of children with cerebral palsy, the author analyzed the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis in TCM. According to the basic theory of TCM, guided by the collaterals disease theory, the author put forward that spastic cerebral palsy belonged to stagnation of the stasis and retardation of cerebral channel in TCM. It was benefited to perfect the dialectical classification of CP, also can offer a new way in treatment on children’s cerebral palsy.
