针灸配合穴位注射治疗儿童精神发育迟滞45例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 45 cases of mental retardation by acupuncture plus acupoint injection

目的:观察针灸配合穴位注射治疗对精神发育迟滞儿童的治疗有效性。方法:将2012年我科确诊精神发育迟滞患儿87例分为两组,治疗组45例采用头针结合体针配合穴位注射治疗,并进行家庭教育指导,对照组42例仅家庭教育指导下在家行家庭教育,两组采用0～6岁儿童心理发育量表进行DQ值评定,比较治疗前后结果。结果:大部分患儿经治疗后临床症状及评测分值都有改善及提高(P<0.05),其中显效10例,有效30例,无效5例,总有效率88.9%。结论:针灸配合穴位注射是治疗儿童精神发育迟滞的有效治疗手段之一。

Objective：Observe the efficiency of acupuncture plus acupoint injection for children with mental retardation. Methods：Divide 87 children into 2 groups （treatment group 45cases and control group 42 cases）, who were diagnosed with mental retardation in 2012. Besides family education guidance, the treatment group also was treated with scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture plus acupoint injection, while the control group was just taught family education guidance. Before and after the treatment, both groups were assessed with 0~6 year old children’s mental development scale to get DQ results and compare them. Results： After the treatment, the DQ and clinical symptoms of most treatment group’s children were improved （P＆lt;0.05）, among which 10 cases were markedly effective, 30 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 88.9%. Conclusion：Acupuncture combing with acupoint injection is one of the effective measures for children with mental retardation.
