复巢汤治疗卵巢早衰36例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 36 cases of premature ovarian failure with Fuchao decoction

目的:观察复巢汤治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分两组,治疗组36例以中药复巢汤治疗;对照组24例采用西药人工周期<雌孕激素连贯疗法>;观察2组的临床疗效。结果:2组治疗后促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后症状改善优于对照组,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:复巢汤可以调节卵巢功能,有效治疗卵巢早衰,对性激素E2、FSH、LH水平有明显的改善作用,副作用少,临床值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuchao decoction for premature ovarian failure. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 36 patients took TCM Fuchao decoction;the control group of 24 patients was given the artificial cycle treatment （estrogen and progesterone therapy coherent）. Results： After treatment, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2） were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . after the treatment group difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment, symptom improvement than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Comparison of the clinical efficacy, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Fuchao decoction can regulate ovarian function, treat premature ovarian failure, for sex hormones E2, FSH, LH levels had significant improvement, fewer side effects.
