中医综合治疗与手术治疗踝关节骨折临床疗效对比

A comparative study of the clinical efficacy on treating ankle fracture between comprehensive treatment of TCM and operation treatment

目的:对比中医综合疗法与手术方法治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院骨科治疗踝关节骨折的患者58例,将其随机分成两组。观察组(n=29):采取中医综合方法治疗;对照组(n=29):采用手术方法治疗。结果:两组患者均在治疗后6～12个月进行随访,观察组患者踝关节功能恢复情况的优良率及X线检查骨折复位情况的优良率与对照组比较无明显差异,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法与手术方法对踝关节骨折远期疗效相当,临床根据患者的一般情况,选择合适的治疗方法。

Objective：To compare the Clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy and operation method in treating ankle fracture. Methods：58 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.29 cases in the observation group were treated with the comprehensive method of TCM; 29 cases in the control group were treated with operation method. Results： They were followed up for 6 to 12 months after treatment. There was no significant difference between the excellent rate of excellent and good rate and X-ray examination function recovery of fracture reduction compared with the control group, no statistical significance （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Treating ankle fracture between comprehensive treatment and operation treatment of TCM therapeutic equivalence, the general condition of the patient, choose a suitable treatment method.
