中医综合疗法改善急性脑梗塞患肢下肢关节活动度的临床研究

Improving lower extremity limb of acute cerebral infarction patient in TCM therapy

目的:探讨中医综合疗法改善急性脑梗塞患肢下肢关节活动度的临床研究。方法:选取128例急性脑梗塞患者,随机把患者分为对照组及观察组各64例,对照组采用西医综合疗法治疗,观察组采用中医综合疗法。对两组患者的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法对于改善急性脑梗塞患肢下肢关节活动度有显著疗效,且安全经济,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the TCM therapy improving lower extremity limb of the acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods： 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 64 cases; the control group was treated with TCM and Western medicine therapy. The efficacy of two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results：In the observation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive therapy for the improvement lower＆amp;nbsp;extremity limb joint activity have a significant effect, and the safe and economic.
