中医闭合复位屈曲与伸直固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折疗效比较

A comparation of treating fifth metacarpal neck fractures between TCM closed reduction flexion and extension fixation

目的:比较运用中医闭合复位屈曲与伸直两种不同外固定方法治疗第五掌骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:选取我院于2007年6月-2012年9月收治的76例闭合性第五掌骨颈骨折患者,随机分成两组,40例运用中医正骨手法闭合复位、小夹板伸直位外固定治疗,36例运用握绷带并指屈曲位绷带外固定治疗。结果:76例均获得随访,随访时间3～12个月,采用洛阳正骨?骨伤病证诊疗规范疗效评定标准[1]对两组患者治疗效果进行评价,经统计学处理(P<0.05),两组疗效有显著差异。结论:两种外固定方法简单,可行,但小夹板伸直位外固定疗效明显优于握绷带并指屈曲位绷带外固定治疗,小夹板伸直位外固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折是一种切实有较可行的治疗方法,治疗方法简单,疗效可靠,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To compare the use of Chinese medicine flexion and extension closed reduction and external fixation of two different methods of treatment fifth metacarpal neck fractures. Methods： Our hospital in June 2007-2012 in September were treated 76 cases of closed fifth metacarpal neck fractures were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of the use of traditional bone setting manipulation closed reduction, extension position splint external fixation , 36 cases of the use of grip and finger flexion bandage bandages external fixation. Results： 76 patients were followed up for 3~12 months, the use of Luoyang orthopedic clinic？Bone injuries permit evaluation standard specification [1] for the treatment of two groups of patients were evaluated by statistical treatment （P〈0.05） , two groups were significantly different. Conclusion：Both external fixation method is simple, feasible, but a small splint straight bit more effective than external fixation bandage grip and finger flexion external fixation bandage, splint straight bit external fixation fifth metacarpal neck fracture is a there are more feasible effective treatment methods, treatment is simple, effective and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
