炎琥宁注射液联合小儿推拿治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床研究

Clinical study on Yanhuning injection plus massage therapy for children rotavirus enteritis

目的:探讨炎琥宁注射液联合小儿推拿治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床效果。方法:选取我院儿科2008年3月-2013年3月收治小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿150例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组75例,采用炎琥宁注射液静脉滴注治疗;观察组75例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用小儿推拿治疗;比较两组患儿临床治疗总有效率,腹泻停止时间,住院时间及HRV转阴率等。结果:观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹泻停止及住院时间均明显少于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);同时观察组患儿HRV转阴率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁注射液联合小儿推拿治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎可有效改善临床症状,缩短病程,提高HRV转阴率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Yanhuning injection plus massage therapy for children rotavirus enteritis. Methods： 150 children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups including control group （75 children）; with Yanhuning injection treatment group （75 children） with massage treatment more than control group. Results：The clinical total efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than control group（P＆lt;0.05）. The time of diarrhea and hospitalization of observation group were significantly shorter than control group （P＆lt;0.05）. And the HRV negative rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Yanhuning injection plus massage therapy for children rotavirus enteritis can efficiently improve clinical symptoms, reduce ill course, higher HRV negative rate.
