加味半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of gastroesophageal reflux with Banxia Xiexin decoction

目的:观察加味半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断的60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组均予以常规制酸,护胃治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上予以加味半夏泻心汤口服。两组均7d为1疗程。观察两组治疗前后症状积分、实验室指标及毒副反应情况。结果:治疗组较对照组能明显改善症状,实验室指标亦有显著疗效(P>0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:加味半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病安全、有效,值得临床推广应用与更深入研究。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction for gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients. Both groups were treated with routine acid, Huwei treatment. Treatment group received oral Banxia Xiexin decoction more than control group. Results： Compared with the control group Banxia Xiexin decoction can significantly improve symptoms, laboratory parameters showed significant effect （P〉0.05）, and no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin decoction for gastroesophageal reflux disease is safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
