定喘汤合中药穴位外敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘120例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 120 cases of cough variant asthma with Dingchuan decoction plus TCM external application

目的:分析利用定喘汤合中药穴位外敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:将我院自2011年1月-2013年6月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组采用定喘汤合中药穴位外敷的方法治疗,对照组采用常规的西药方法治疗,经过3个疗程的治疗之后,对两组的临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果:经比较,治疗组的有效治愈率达到93.3%,高于对照组的有效治愈率81.7%。两组治疗中,患者白天的症状和晚上的症状和治疗之前相比,都有所缓解,其中治疗组的缓解程度高于对照组。两组数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用定喘汤合中药穴位外敷的方法对咳嗽变异性哮喘进行治疗具有显著的临床效果,和常规的西药治疗相比,具有一定的优势。

Objective：To analyze Dingchuan decoction plus TCM extorplal application in topical cough variant asthma. Methods：120 CVA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 in each. The treatment group received acupuncture and Dingchuan decoction, the control group received conventional western medicine treatment. Results：By comparison, an effective cure rate reached 93.3%in the treatment group, the cure rate is higher than the 81.7%. The patient’s symptoms have been alleviated, the degree of ease in the treatment group lower than the control group. Two sets of data were statistically significant differences （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：TCM acupuncture Dingchuan decoction for cough variant asthma has a significant clinical effect, and compared to conventional western medicine has certain advantages.
