复方罗布麻片治疗原发性高血压的等效研究

An equivalent research on treating essential hypertension with apocynum pill

目的:观察复方罗布麻片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的高血压患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各60例。治疗组给予复方罗布麻片治疗,2片/次,3次/d,餐后口服;对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片,5mg/次,晨起口服。观察两组用药4周后的降压效果及药物不良反应。结果:两组治疗4周后,分别与治疗前相比较,P<0.05,有显著性统计学差异;两组治疗前及治疗后组间的血压比较,P>0.05,无显著性统计学差异,治疗组与对照组的降压效果具有等效性。结论:复方罗布麻片价格低,疗效好,不良反应少,依从性佳,对于轻症高血压与主流降压药物具有等效作用,值得在基层推广。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of apocynum pill for hypertension. Methods： 120 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treated group and control group, 60 cases in each group. the treated group was given apocynum pill;the control group was given amlodipine besylate pill.To observe the two groups antihypertensive effect and adverse drug reactions after 4 weeks. Results：Compared with before treated respectively, P〈0.05, no statistically significant difference, antihypertensive effect of the two group with equivalence. Conclusion：Compound apocynum pill have a low price and good effects and has equivalent on mild hypertension with antihypertensive medicine.
