中药不良反应的发生原因分析及控制对策

Control policies of adverse TCM medicine reactions

目的:分析中药不良反应的发生原因,并提出一些控制对策,以减少药物不良反应。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年5月-2013年6月期间临床出现的46例中药不良反应事件,并统计分析发生原因。结果:中药不良反应的原因主要有药物配伍不当、用药时间过长、炮制方法错误、用药剂量不对、患者属于过敏体质、采用金属器皿进行煎煮等。结论:中药不良反应危害大,应引起高度重视,临床必须加强学习中药知识,科学合理配伍,严格控制中药药品质量,才能减少不良反应发生。

Objective：To analyze the causes from adverse reactions medicine for some control strategies. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of adverse events during 2012 May to 2013 June and statistical analysis of the reasons were collected for the occurrence. Results：The main causes of adverse medicine reactions include improper drug compatibility, medication for too long, cooked in the wrong way, wrong dosage of medication, patients are allergic, metal utensils be boiling and other reasons. Conclusion：TCM adverse reaction is serious, should be paid attention, related knowledge is necessary, scientific and reasonable compatibility, strict quality in TCM, in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
