金水六君煎加减治疗慢性支气管炎伴阻塞性肺气肿43例临床研究

Treating 43 cases of chronic bronchitis with emphysema with Jinshui Liujun decoction

目的:分析金水六君煎加减治疗慢性支气管炎伴阻塞性肺气肿的临床效果。方法:选择2011年2月-2013年10月在我院接受治疗的慢性支气管炎伴阻塞性肺气肿患者43例,应用金水六君煎加减治疗,对其临床资料进行分析。结果:43例慢性支气管炎伴阻塞性肺气肿患者,经过治疗,显效为30例,有效为11例,无效为2例,总有效率为95.3%。结论:金水六君煎治疗效果较好,能够改善患者的生活,使患者减少痛苦,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze clinical effects of Jinshui Liujun decoction for obstructive bronchitis with emphysema. Methods：Chronic bronchitis with emphysema 43 patients took Jinshui Liujun decoction, and the clinical data was analyzed. Results： 43 cases of chronic bronchitis with emphysema patients, after treatment, markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 11 cases, invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95.3%. Conclusion：Jinshui Liujun decoction is better able to improve the lives of patients.
