中药内服及灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 36 cases of ulcerative colitis with oral TCM medicine plus enema

目的:观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者按患者意愿分为2组,对照组30例,应用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上辨证加用口服中药,并予中药灌肠。结果:治疗组完全缓解率为45.2%,总有效率94.8%;半年后复发率为3.0%。对照组完全缓解率为36.8%,总有效率为79.8%;半年后复发率为13.3%。两组完全缓解率、总有效率及复发率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组而复发率低。结论:中药内服及灌肠配合柳氮磺胺吡啶联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine on treating ulcerative colitis. Methods：66 patients were divided into two groups according to the wishes of the patients. The control group of 30 cases were given sulfasalazine, the treated group based on control group given TCM medicine oral plus enema. Results：In treated group, the complete remission rate was 45.2%, the total effective rate was 94.8%, and after half year relapse rate was 3.0%. In the control group, the complete remission rate was 36.8%, the total effective rate was 79.8%, and after half year relapse rate was 13.3%. Compared complete remission rate, total efficiency and relapse rate of two groups, the differences were significant （P＆lt;0.05）, the treated group curative effect surpasses the control group and the recurrence rate is low. Conclusion：Integrative medicine is effective on treating ulcerative colitis.
