愈疡生肌汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating ulcerative colitis with Yuyang Shengji decoction enema plus mesalazine

目的:观察愈疡生肌汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组:愈疡生肌汤150mL每晚保留灌肠2h,联合口服美沙拉嗪颗粒4g/d;对照组:口服美沙拉嗪颗粒4g/d;4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组综合疗效。结果:治疗组效果优于对照组。治疗组总有效率(93.33%)显著优于对照组(70.00%),P<0.05。结论:愈疡生肌汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪组临床疗效显著优于单用美沙拉嗪组,中西医结合治疗本病具有明显优势。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Yuyang Shengji decoction enema and mesalazine on treating ulcerative colitis. Methods：60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treated group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treated group was treated with Yuyang Shengji decoction enema and mesalazine;the control group was treated with mesalazine. The effects were compared after treatment. Results：After treatment, the total efficiency in treated group was 93.33%;control group was 70.00%. Clinical efficacy in two groups has significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Yuyang Shengji decoction enema and mesalazine on treating ulcerative colitis was significantly better than the application of sole mesalazine treatment. Integrative medicine has obvious advantages in this disease.
