百合固金汤加减治疗肺肾阴虚型鼻槁40例临床观察

Treating 40 cases of nose rotten with Baihe Gujin decoction

目的:观察用百合固金汤加减治疗肺肾阴虚型鼻槁的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,每组40例。治疗组用百合固金汤加减治疗,对照组用知柏地黄丸治疗。用药2疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的治愈率、有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:用百合固金汤加减治疗肺肾阴虚型鼻槁疗效确切,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy ofBaihe Gujin decoction for nose rotten. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 40 cases; treatment group for Baihe Gujin decoction; control group for ZDP treatment. Results： The curative rate of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Baihe Gujin decoction has a good clinical efficacy for nose rotten.
