结肠水疗配合中药熏洗治疗混合痔的应用与护理

Application of colon hydrotherapy with TCM fumigation in treating mixed hemorrhoids

目的：结肠水疗配合中药熏洗在治疗混合痔中的临床疗效。方法：根据入院时安排床号的奇偶数将100例混合痔患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例术前行结肠水疗，术后配合中药熏洗；对照组50例术前行结肠水疗，术后配合38～42℃温水坐浴。比较两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组中药熏洗有效率为98％，对照组温水坐浴有效率为88％。结论：开展结肠水疗配合中药熏洗治疗混合痔的应用与护理，取得了满意的疗效。因此，结肠水疗配合中药熏洗在治疗混合痔中的应用与护理优于常规护理温水坐浴的疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM fumigation with colon hydrotherapy for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： 100 eases are randomly divided into 2 groups： the 50 eases in treated group were given colon hydrotherapy before the surgery, and TCM fumigation after the surgery; the 50 cases in control group were given colon hydrotherapy before the surgery and 38~42℃ warm water bath after the surgery. Results： The efficacy of TCM fumigation in treated group was 98%, and the efficacy of warm water bath in control group was 88%.Conclusion： The therapy was better than convertional treatment, and had achieved good effects.
