摘要
山西华卫药业有限公司采用水提+醇提的组合提取工艺生产红花注射液等红花系列产品,生产过程中污染防治重点为废水处理。环评根据生产废水种类、水质水量、排放标准要求,以及各类废水水质水量波动大、废水可生化性较好的特点,对各种物化-生物法处理工艺进行比较,最终确定采取水解酸化+二段式接触氧化+絮凝沉淀+过滤的处理工艺,该工艺对污染物有较好的去除效果,出水污染物浓度能够做到达标排放。
Shanxi Huawei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. produces safflower preparation by adopting combination process of water extraction and alcohol extraction. Pollution prevention and control has focused on wastewater treatment. According to wastewater types, waste water quality and quantity, emission standards, and wastewater peculiarities, EIA has a comparative study of various physicochemical and biological treatment processes in the traditional Chinese medicine extraction wastewater treatment, ultimately determines to adopt the wastewater treatment process of hydrolytic acidification +two stage contact oxidation + coagulated deposition + filtration. It has better removal effect on this type of wasterwater, water pollutants concentrations can meet the discharge standard.
