脱硫系统不设置烟气旁路是国家对节能减排的一个政策方向,取消烟气旁路后脱硫系统的重要性与主机处在同等重要的位置,此时在设计上如何提高脱硫系统的可靠性和稳定性,以及在运行中应遵循什么运行逻辑来确保机组的安全性更加重要,对相关问题进行了探讨,为以后无旁路机组设计及运行提供经验。
No bypass duct in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) is a policy of China to save energy and decrease pollutant, and the FGD system is the same important as the generate after cancel bypass duct. It's very important to enhance the reliability and stability of the FGD while design, and what's the operation logic to make sure the generate operate safely. Provide such experience for future generate design and operation.
