特厚煤层低位放顶煤支架在开采过程中存在各种问题,对矿井的安全生产带来了一定的困难。从开采方法、矿山压力及支架的参数等方面进行研究、设计,最终确定出合理的分层厚度、最佳开采方法,设计制造出参数合理的工作面液压支架及两顺槽超前液压支架,从根本上解决了出现的各类问题。
