磷尾矿粒度分布的研究

Phosphorus tailings' particle size distribution

为了掌握磷尾矿的热解性能，对磷尾矿进行煅烧实验，并测定煅烧前后粒度变化情况及煅烧后氧化钙、氧化镁生成情况。结果表明，尾矿中磷矿和白云石的粒度在整个粒度范围都有分布，其中未煅烧尾矿的粒径范围为0.6～120μm，平均粒径为15μm，尾矿煅烧后粒径范围变为0.6～73μm，因此，不能用简单的筛分将磷精矿与碳酸盐分离。

In order to grasp the pyrolysis performance of phosphate tailings,experiments on calcined phosphate tailings was done,the change of the particle size before and after calcined as well as the produc-tion of calcined calcium oxide,magnesium oxide were measured.The results showed that the particle size of both the phosphate and dolomite in phosphate tailing are distributed in the whole particle size range,wherein the uncalcined tailings particle size have a range of 0.6~120μm,an average particle diameter of 15μm.Af-ter calcination the particle sizes have a range of 0.6 ~73μm.Therefore,phosphate concentrate can not be separated from carbonate with a simple screening.
