摘要
合成氨装置脱碳溶液中钙镁离子的带入会在CO2富集处(再生塔除沫器顶部)产生结垢,堵塞再生塔除沫器,进而影响装置的安稳运行。分析了钙镁离子的来源、结垢机理,以及防范钙镁离子进入的措施。
calcium and magnesium ions in decarbonization solution in ammonia plant caused fouling in the place where CO2 is enriched (top of regeneration tower demister)blocking regeneration tower demister, thereby affecting the smooth operation of the device.The sources of calcium and magnesium ions,scaling mechanism,as well as preventive measures for the enterance of calcium and magnesium ions were analysed.
